Our annual fundraising event is the Silent Auction held at the Minnesota Credit Union
Network’s Annual Meeting each spring. This fundraiser is made possible through
generous donations made by credit unions and vendors alike. With the money raised through donations, the FIC provides continuing education scholarships to credit union members and their dependants. In 2007, $10,000 was awarded to 18 recipients. The FIC Scholarship Program dates back to 1997 initially giving $2,500 in scholarships. Through increases in silent auction donations and higher levels of success, the FIC has been able to increase its award amount. To those who have donated and bid on items we thank you for making our annual auction a HUGE success!
