Credit unions across the nation are working hard to prove their uniqueness by teaching
young people about financial literacy. As a result, the Minnesota Family Involvement Council is proud to be a part of the National Youth Involvement Board (NYIB) and National
Endowment for Financial Education (NEFE), which provide information on financial
education. Reporting classroom presentations enables the credit union movement to demonstrate the commitment we have to financial literacy as well as contributing to the overall health of the nation's economy. So be sure to report your presentations! People helping People - that's what we are about! For a copy of the FIC’s step-by-step reporting brochure, click here. In addition to the NEFE program, there are many more resources to assist you in educating the youth of our country.
